Pay Tribute to a Lost Pet or Loved One
with a Donation to Our Shelter

You can honor the memory of a beloved pet or a lost loved one by filling out the form below and making a memorial donation. With your donation, HSMS sends a personal note to the recipient (successor/family/friend) of that special someone being memorialized.
